This seated row is fantastic. Bring plate loaded and properly engineered, there is constant and consistent weight across the entire ROM. The arms move in the appropriate arch path to properly mimic dumbbell-based rows. Everything feels natural, consistent, and effective.
Both arms have great ROM as shown in the video. And the handles swivel 360 degrees. This ensures that the machine works for all users and that each user can dynamically adjust to their liking.
This is in perfect working condition and near mint aesthetically given its age. They just don’t make em like they used to.
